Last Tuesday, March 19th, during the presentation of the Mixology Experience in Milan, the ceremony for the Spirito Autoctono Awards and Ampolle d’Oro 2024 took place.
It was a memorable edition for our company, which received a total of 3 awards.
The Special Award 2024 for “Producer of the Year” was bestowed upon Elio Carta, hailed as a true trailblazer in the Italian spirits industry.
Many producers and industry professionals have drawn inspiration from his vision and master distiller skills. Each bottle crafted by Carta tells the story of Sardinia, spreading its essence worldwide.
The Spirito Autoctono editorial team also awarded the “Best Amaro” with the Ampolla d’Oro 2024 to the explosive Amaro Bomba Carta, characterized by the presence of Sardinian wild herbs and strawberry tree honey. Additionally, another Ampolla d’Oro was awarded to the Amaro Bomba Carta Caffè Tustatu, distinguished by the infusion of coffee beans from four varieties of Arabica.
The Oscars of Italian spirits carry the aroma of Sardinia, thanks to the remarkable dedication of Silvio Carta.
