Taste
Complex, moderately sweet, and refreshing, reminiscent of a liqueur, with a bitter almond aftertaste that lingers on the palate.
Tips
On the palate, it reveals a play of haughty and elegant flavors, from walnut husk (with ketonic acid, a textbook result for this wine) to quince, ending with a finish of bitter almonds. All of this with an absolutely balanced management of alcohol. Elegant and delicate, it is the perfect and timeless Vernaccia, just like feelings.
