Amaro Estremista
Amaro Estremista
Amaro Estremista 3° is a amaro obtained from the infusion of herbs from the Sardinian Mediterranean maquis in alcohol with a low alcohol content in order to extract only the most noble aromatic part of the native botanicals. This technique is what has allowed Silvio Carta to obtain a bitterness of only 3 degrees with high balsamic notes, rich in complexity and harmony, lovingly amalgamated by the presence of Sardinian honey.
