Amaro
It is an amaro obtained from the infusion of various herbs of the Mediterranean scrub, with the spicy, convincing and captivating notes of helichrysum and thyme integrated with the infusion of artichoke leaves. Due to its bittering properties it can be consumed as an aperitif or also, given the important involvement of the taste buds and the aftertaste, as a digestive.

Appareance
Intense amber.
Aroma
Intense, strong, decisive and characteristic. It opens with enveloping vegetal notes, rich in memories of medicinal herbs ranging from helichrysum to santolina, from thyme to hypericum and artemisia to artichoke.
Taste
on the palate the taste is full and enveloping and you can perceive the aromas and following the fresh and bitter notes of the herbs of our land wrapped by the refreshing flavor of juniper.
The aftertaste is decidedly balsamic and with a particular persistence of the aromatic and fragrant note of helichrysum.
