Ingredients

50 ml red Vermouth, 100 ml pink grapefruit juice, a dash of Prosecco and a slice of pink grapefruit to garnish.

Preparation

This cool cocktail is the right opening for a summer dinner with friends, beautiful to look at and super quick to prepare.

Pairing/Advice

Serve in a low tumbler.
